We currently deliver to major cities including Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, and Multan. Delivery times vary between 2-5 business days depending on your location. Remote areas may require additional delivery time, which we'll communicate during order confirmation.

Each plant is carefully secured in its pot with protective wrapping around the foliage and base. We use sturdy corrugated boxes with ventilation holes to ensure your plants arrive healthy. Delicate flowering plants receive extra cushioning, and soil moisture is checked before dispatch to prevent drying during transit.

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged plant and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or refund based on the extent of damage. Minor leaf damage during transport is normal and plants typically recover with proper care, but we stand behind the quality of every delivery.

Unbox your plant immediately and place it in indirect sunlight for the first few days to help it adjust. Water lightly if the soil feels dry, but avoid overwatering as roots need time to settle. Most plants experience minor stress after delivery, so yellowing of one or two leaves is normal during the first week.

Yellowing leaves after delivery usually indicate transplant shock or adjustment to new conditions. Remove yellow leaves, ensure proper drainage in your pot, and avoid direct afternoon sun initially. If yellowing continues beyond two weeks or spreads rapidly, check for overwatering or examine root health for signs of rot.

Plants like hibiscus, bougainvillea, and rose need at least 6 hours of direct sunlight daily. Consider balcony placement or rotating plants between indoor and outdoor spots if natural light indoors is limited.

Money plant, snake plant, ZZ plant, and aloe vera are excellent beginner choices requiring minimal care and tolerating irregular watering. For outdoor spaces, marigold, bougainvillea, jasmine, and basil grow well in Pakistan's climate. Indoor plants rely entirely on you for water, light, and nutrients since they're isolated from natural rainfall and ground soil. Outdoor plants receive ambient humidity, natural air circulation, and often more intense sunlight. Indoor environments require attention to humidity levels and proper pot drainage, while outdoor plants need protection from extreme weather and pests.

Balconies work perfectly for growing herbs like mint, coriander, and basil, along with compact vegetables such as cherry tomatoes, chilies, and lettuce. Choose containers at least 8-10 inches deep with drainage holes, and ensure your balcony receives 4-6 hours of sunlight. Bougainvillea, ixora, adenium, and vinca (sadabahar) produce flowers consistently throughout the year in Pakistan's warmer regions. However, grow bags dry out faster and require more frequent watering, especially during summer months in Pakistan's climate.

Unused seeds in original sealed packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Gardening tools and accessories qualify for returns if they're unopened and in resalable condition. Plants cannot be returned once delivered due to their living nature, but we address quality issues through our damage policy for your peace of mind.
