This Refund and Returns Policy applies to all orders placed through https://loam.pk. By purchasing from our website, you agree to the terms stated below. This policy is governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
Nature of Products
Loam.pk deals in living plants and gardening-related products. Plants are natural and perishable items, and their condition can be affected by handling, environment, and care after delivery. Due to this nature, refunds and returns are subject to specific conditions.
No Cash Refund Policy
Loam.pk does not offer cash refunds under any circumstances.
If a return or refund request is approved, the customer will be issued store credit only, which can be used for future purchases on loam.pk.
Store Credit Terms
Any store credit issued by Loam.pk:
- Is valid for one year from the date of issue
- Can only be used on loam.pk
- Is non-transferable
- Cannot be exchanged for cash or bank transfer
Loam.pk may, at its discretion, include additional credit value as a goodwill gesture.
Eligibility for Returns
A return request may be considered if:
- The order was cancelled before dispatch
- The product was delivered incorrectly
- The order could not be fulfilled after payment
Issues related to plants damaged during delivery are handled separately under our Product Guarantee policy.
Return Process
To request a return, customers must contact Loam.pk through our official support channels and follow the instructions provided.
All return-related expenses, including packing and courier charges, are the responsibility of the customer. Loam.pk is not liable for damage occurring during return shipment.
Returned items must be securely packed to prevent damage.
Condition of Returned Products
Returned products must be in the same condition as received. Plants that show signs of use, neglect, improper care, damage after delivery, or alteration will not qualify for store credit.
Original packaging must be included with the return.
Non-Refundable and Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for refund or return:
- Items marked as final sale or non-returnable
- Customized or special orders, including upgraded pots or add-on services
- Plants damaged due to improper care, environmental conditions, or negligence after delivery
Limitation of Liability
Loam.pk’s liability under this policy is limited strictly to the purchase value of the product. No indirect, incidental, or consequential damages will be covered.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Refund and Returns Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
