This Return and Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases made through https://loam.pk. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms stated below. This policy is governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
Scope of This Policy
This policy applies when a customer requests cancellation of an order, returns a product after delivery, or when an order cannot be fulfilled after payment. Issues related to plants damaged during delivery are covered under our Product Guarantee policy and are not part of this document.
No Cash Refund Policy
Loam.pk does not offer cash refunds under any circumstances.
When a return or cancellation request is approved, the customer will receive store credit only, which can be used for future purchases on loam.pk.
Store Credit Terms
Approved returns or cancellations are issued in the form of store credit. As a goodwill gesture, Loam.pk may include a small bonus value with the issued credit.
Store credit is valid for one year from the date of issue.
It is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team within a reasonable time after placing the order.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will be treated as a return request under this policy.
Return Requests
To request a return, customers must contact Loam.pk support and follow the instructions provided.
The cost of return shipping, packaging, and handling is the responsibility of the customer. Loam.pk is not liable for any damage that occurs during return shipping.
Returned plants must be sent in secure packaging to avoid damage.
Condition of Returned Products
Returned items must be in the same condition as received. Plants that show signs of use, neglect, damage after delivery, or improper handling will not be eligible for store credit.
Original packaging must be included with the return.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may be marked as non-returnable or final sale at the time of purchase. Such items are not eligible for return, cancellation, or store credit.
Customized orders, including special pots, plant upgrades, or personalized items, are non-returnable unless damage occurred during delivery.
Limitation of Liability
Loam.pk’s liability under this policy is limited strictly to the value of the product purchased. No additional compensation, including indirect or consequential losses, will be provided.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute arising out of or related to this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
Policy Changes
Loam.pk reserves the right to amend or update this Return and Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
